CPDG Traffic Control is provided by CPDG Engineering in San Francisco, California. Contact help@cpdgengineering.com about these terms or the service. By creating an account, you agree to this version of the terms.

Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the company or organization whose work you submit. Keep account details accurate, protect your password and connected accounts, and tell support promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Do not access another customer's data, interfere with the service, evade limits, or upload material you are not entitled to use.

Drafting assistance and responsibility for plans

The service helps create and edit traffic-control drawings. Its templates, checks, signs and optional assistant output are drafting aids. They are not engineering certification, regulatory approval, or a guarantee that a plan is safe or appropriate for a site. You are responsible for verifying current standards, site conditions, dimensions, signs, permissions and required professional review before submitting or using any plan. Do not rely on this service for emergency response.

Your content and optional providers

You retain your rights in the content you upload or create. You permit CPDG Engineering and its service providers to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support and recover the service. You are responsible for rights in uploaded materials and for keeping your own exported copies. Company drawings may be available to authorized members of that workspace. Optional model connections use your own provider account and are subject to that provider's terms and limits. Review assistant output before applying or using it. If Maps is enabled, map content and use are subject to the relevant provider's terms and attribution requirements.

Free launch, limits and availability

The initial service is free. We will give notice and request agreement before charging for a paid plan. Capacity and usage limits may prevent an operation; the service does not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent free access. We may change or discontinue features, and will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to export when practicable. Security incidents or legal requirements may require immediate restrictions.

Closing accounts and limits of the service

You can request account closure or deletion at help@cpdgengineering.com. We verify identity and authority, and distinguish a personal account from shared company data. Retention and backup limitations are explained in the privacy notice. We may suspend access for misuse, security risk or a legal requirement, and explain the reason when appropriate. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of fitness for a particular project or freedom from errors. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. California law applies subject to mandatory law that protects you. Material changes to these terms will be communicated before they apply, with renewed acceptance where required.
